AntaraFoto’s editor, Maha Eka Swasta, give some advice to the  ClickFotografi’s team, in Jakarta, Monday (8 / 8).

“In fact, what kind of object that you are going to capture? However, the brand is not a big deal,” the editor, that has Mekos as his nickname said.

To capture a fast moving object, Mekos is suggesting that it would be great if the photographers are using the camera with high-speed shutter (shutter).

“Lens selections is also important. Lens with 2,8 diaphragm ability will give different results with the 5,6 diaphragm ability,” this senior photographer said.

If we use 2,8 diaphragm lens, the picture will be focused on one object and the rest will be blurry. However, if we use lens with diaphragm above 5,6, the picture around the object will become clearer.

Mekos said that the number of megapixels in digital cameras, are not always accompanied by good image quality.

CMOS size (processor) that is the one that affect the quality of the camera. The greater the size, the better image will be resulted.

“In fact, we have to see the image result in the first place, before saying if a camera is good or bad,” he said.

According to him, a good photograph is not seen from the tools. Picture composition, adequate lighting, focus, the right time and spot are the basic indicators of good photograph.
